• Standard single driveway is one car wide up to a single driveway, no more than 12m in length

• Standard double driveway is one car wide at the road gradual expanding to two cars wide, no more than 12m in length

• Non-standard driveways and other surfaces could be eligible

• Maximum service cost before discount $200

• Ground surfaces only, certain surfaces may not be eligible

• Must allow video/audio recording and photos, these may be posted on social media or used for advertising

• $10 voucher can be redeemed after a review is posted on Google and Facebook, customer is required to email screenshots of reviews to quotes@terrashine.com.au

• $10 voucher can be used once and is linked to the customer and property, non-transferable

Work Contract

• You allow us to conduct works on your property

• You allow us to use your fresh water, spear water could stain the surface

• Final balance to be paid upon completion of job, or another pre-arranged time

• If paying cash customer mush have exact amount, maximum of 10 coins unless pre-arranged

• Pressure cleaning may not remove all dirt or stains

• Surrounding objects may be damaged, it is recommended they are moved before the work starts

• Surrounding organic material may be damaged, such as grass and plants

• Top layer of surfaces may wash away, this could change the look of the surface

• Surfaces may chip or crack

• Grout between tiles or pavers may be damaged

• It is recommended the customer checks for damages a few hours after job and remedies immediately

• TerraShine is not liable for any damages

• TerraShine does not recommend wetting closed in surfaces or near interior walls
